Oceanfront 3BR Villa Capriani 315B in North Topsail Beach, perfect for families!
The Villa Capriani complex and mesmerizing views of unit 315B are sure to create an indulgent vacation experience! Relax in luxury with all this resort-style community has to offer, while at the same time have all the comforts of home. This luxurious community features three outstanding pools; a large ocean front pool, two smaller pools, one with a waterfall and a separate kid's pool. The complex also features wireless internet throughout the property, hot tub, tennis courts, direct beach access and an on-site restaurant and bar.
Enter this oceanfront unit to a small foyer with two doors, to the right is the private entrance to the master suite, to the left is the entrance to the main living area and additional two bedrooms.
Entering the main living area you will have your fully equipped kitchen with bar seating.
Directly in front of the kitchen is the living and dining areas. The living area is perfect for lounging while taking in the view from the double French doors out to the large oceanfront balcony. The dining area has a large table with dining for six and endless views of the ocean.
Moving down the hallway, towards all three bedrooms, you will first come to a shared, full bathroom on your right. This bathroom is accessed by the bedroom with 2 twins and the living area. On your left, the twin bedroom features a French door that opens to the oceanfront balcony.
At the end of the hallway you will find the queen bedroom with a private full bathroom and access to the balcony. Across the hall is the second entrance to the large master suite.
This huge master suite boasts a queen bed, a private full bathroom and sitting area. Relax after a long day in the sun and gaze out over the pool to catch the stars twinkling over the ocean. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for laundry needs during your stay.

Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.
You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description. Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.
Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island's shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.
Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.
Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.
Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.
