The house features a very functional open floor plan so everyone can be part of the action. The spacious living room has plenty of cozy seating options, a smart TV, and even board games in case you run into a rainy afternoon. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal including a Keurig coffee machine, griddle, and air fryer. There's plenty of space for your group to sit at the large island. For those with small children, there's a highchair and pack & play available during your stay as well.

After a day at the beach, you'll love all the outdoor options this home has to offer! The covered patio underneath the house is the perfect hang out spot. It's got a bar area with a beverage cooler and microwave, comfortable sofa seating to relax on, a smart TV to stream your favorite shows, and fans to keep you comfortable on those warm beach afternoons. The huge, sandy backyard is the perfect spot for games, and there are several available for you to use in the storage shed.

Guests will have access to the entire townhome during their stay. We do have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise everything in the townhome is available to use.

This unit is self check in. Hosts will be available through messaging.

This property is pet friendly for dogs under 30lbs with a $200 pet fee per pet that will be charged separately after booking. Please notify us in advance if you plan on bringing a small dog during your stay.
