Property was great. Customer service from rental company was well below average. Reservation was made through VRBO but was handed off to Red Awning at some point. Communication with Red Awning was difficult. Their mobile app did not work. The message function they used to communicate early on was apparently unmonitored after check in. There were no instructions for checkout and no communications instructions for reaching the"local host". There was a problem with the heat in the property that I wanted them to know about due to the extreme cooked temperatures. It was very difficult to reach Red Awning. Disappointed in VRBO Onekey program. I received a note in the middle of this stay that my cash was going to expire in a few days. Seems like they could have simply applied it to this very expensive rental.
