Please note: For Guests booking directly through VRBO or our website, a $250 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit card on the day of arrival. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold that will be released after your departure once housekeeping confirms the unit is in good order. Depending on your bank, the hold typically clears within 5–8 business days.

This beautiful townhome features a high-end kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, plus all the dishware, cookware, utensils, and small appliances needed to create delicious meals.

Powderidge 36 offers a spacious and open floor plan and is a great space to unwind after your busy day full of adventures! With ample seating in the living room, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, you’ll enjoy lounging and watching your favorite shows with your group.

For your comfort and a peaceful night of sleep, retreat to the cozy and calming master bedroom with a king bed and its own attached bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds for additional sleeping capacity. Wake up refreshed each day and ready to start another day’s adventure!

THE RESORT:

At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find an activity to keep all your family members happy.

- Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and 5 terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, try out other activities such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and the Snowshoe spa, to name a few.

- Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails at your disposal. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing by Shavers Lake, etc.


ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- This property is equipped with an outdoor doorbell camera for security purposes.

- The closest shuttle to the property is located at Camp 4 and, from there, Guests can get off at the entrance to the Western Territory, Village, Top of the World, or Silver Creek, depending on where you want to ski.

- The nearest ski lift is Powderidge lift and the actual walk (following the sidewalk) is about 600 feet.

- Powderidge 36 is a townhome and shares walls with another property.

- Parking is right outside the property and there is space for two vehicles.

- Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

- Party away on the mountain or at a local restaurant. But, please, no parties in the condo.

EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee anything earlier than a 5:00 PM check-in.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.

PARKING: Free parking is provided on site.
