Perfekte Lage um Sofia zu Fuss kennen zu lernen

Ideal gelegenes Hotel mit angenehmem Ambiente vom Eingang bis in die Zimmer. Sehr gute Betten/Matratzen! Empfang freundlich, aber nicht gerade übereifrig. Frühstücksbuffet gut und reichhaltig, dessen Betreuungspersonal aber eher unprofessionell. Alles in allem, - wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier nächtigen.

Total Enttäuscht!

Ich reise sehr regelmässig nach Sofia und andre Bulgarische Stätten. So eine „Schwache“ Leistung habe ich nicht gesehen. Das Hotel ist sehr Laut. Direkt an der Hauptstrasse, nicht genug sauber und das Personal ist nicht Freundlich.

Hyvä sijainti, monipuolinen aamiainen. Hernkilökunta ei aivan ajan tasalla, varsinkin vastaanotossa. Huoneet ahtaat ja kaappitila riittämätön.

Great location

Pros: Good location and close to off licence, restaurants and corner shop
Cons: The hotel is very dated and needs to be refurbished
Good things: comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great shower, very clean bathroom, good location, the breakfast buffet was very comprehensive....I cant think of anything that was missing. Bad things: in 3 nights and 4 days no one came to clean our room so we ran out of toiletries and toilet paper and had no tea or coffee things replenished. We called reception and asked for clean towels which came immediately and we also got some extra tea and coffee. No milk was provided though for drinks and when we asked reception for milk none was brought so we didn't end up having any drinks in our room.

Nice hotel, good price, location not so great

Pros: breakfast, restaurant
Cons: staff,
Location: close to the ladies market, close to underground
similar standard as other hotels from this chain. the restaurant was really good serving good food. unfortunately bar didn't have drinks. staff wasn't able to explain trams connections to main area in the city center where all the restaurants / bars are. when you come of the hotel take nr 22 towards your left side and than come out near the mosk and than take nr 18 towards the statue where the lady is. Overall good hotel
