Gut: Check-in und Kommunikation
Pros:
The apartment has a very good location, with many areas of Sofia easily accessible on foot. The hosts were also quick to respond to messages, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Cons:
The main issue was the bathroom. The toilet and shower are in the same small room, and the shower does not drain properly. Water accumulates on the floor, so you may end up standing in dirty shower water while showering. Afterward, it takes several hours for the water to fully drain, which can make using the bathroom inconvenient unless you want to step into the puddle. I would strongly recommend bringing waterproof/platform slippers if you stay here.
The air conditioning is located in the living room, and unfortunately it does not cool the bedroom very well. This was difficult for me as I prefer to sleep in a cooler room.
Finally, the neighbors next to the bedroom can be quite loud late at night. On some nights, they were speaking very loudly on their patio, which made it difficult to sleep.
Overall, the location and communication with the hosts were good, but the drainage issue, bedroom temperature, and nighttime noise are worth considering before booking.
