Truly unique in both - concept and location, this cozy student studio is suitable for shorter or longer stay thanks to its practical interiors and thoughtful decoration !
Warm bright finish, wooden floors, big windows and amazing views towards the mountain and the green park zone will leave a breathtaking memories in each guest.
New development finished in 2023 with close location to UNWE,restaurants, shops, banks, private garden at the back, secure entrance, two lifts and much more!

This cozy unit although just about 47 sq.meters in total size has all one would need combined in a very functional and unique way!
The higher floor ( 7th) can definitely guarantee its guest a stunning views during day and night time. Step out at the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and fresh air, before starting a hectic day.
Designed with a special attention to detail, the kitchen area has secluded space to enjoy cooking at home. The bigger sink makes all washing very easy and effortless. Lots of storage space thanks to lower and upper cabinets.
The unit offers as well good size double bed, extra sofa bed ( which can accommodate up to two more people) , comfortable round dining table with modern chairs to complete its style suitable for eating or doing some home work.
Separate shower area, toilet, sink and vanity with storage space can be found in the bathroom area on the left from the entrance in the flat.
