Where CONTEMPORARY LUXURY meets tranquil setting. The apartment is super quiet and just in the middle of all the attractions in Sofia. The setting couldn't be more idyllic - you wake up to the undisturbed view of Sofia centre and it only takes a few minutes on foot to all sightseeings. The attention to detail thought the apartment is just second to none making this the finest setting for truly memorable moments and momentous occasions.

Due to the recent situation with Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we take all precautions and we put hygiene in the first place especially now. After each check out the apartment is cleaned with high-class detergents and everything is sanitized. If there is a stronger odour than usual it is because of the stronger detergent we use to clean it.
This experience is not like any other, The apartment is not some fancy hotel, it is truly an experience, well thought out and modern right in the middle of Sofia life. Here you get to enjoy state-of-the-art luxuries such as a two bedrooms big enough for up to four people, a bathroom with a nice shower and high water pressure.

+ 1ST Bedroom offers a Double Size Bed with private bathroom, wardrobe and storage for long stays. Black out blinds are a good option. Also a dressing table and work desk

+ The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware and flatware to assist your culinary adventures. On your disposal is also a dishwasher.
+ Multiple lounge area with TV, we have created the perfect setting for a cup of tea or a cocktail during your relaxing afternoon

House Rules
To have as pleasant as possible stay in our apartment and to avoid eventual misunderstandings we kindly ask the guests to read the below information carefully:
1. The apartment is rented on a daily basis.
2. Check-in time is after 15:00, check-out time is until 12:00 (noon). If a guest stays in the apartment after check out time stated we are entitled to bill him/her for additional one night stay, unless agreed additional.
3. Guests are obliged to carry their valuables with them. Homeowners cannot take any responsibility for safekeeping your belongings.
4. The guests are kindly asked not to make any unpleasant noise and to observe quietly in the stairways of the building and the apartment, particularly during the hours between 14:00 and 16:00 and during nighttime 22:00 to 09:00 o'clock.
5. Smoking is not allowed. Fine €150.
6. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Fine €100
7. If you leave the apartment in a very bad condition (dirty, with more than 2 bags of trash and miserable) - Fine €100.
8. Animals and pets are not allowed unless agreed upon.
9. The guests are allowed to receive visitors as long as they observe the previsions of house rules.
10. Guests are obliged to carefully treat the amenities of the apartment as well as technical equipment and installations. Any damages made must be compensated to homeowners.
11. The guests are obliged to leave the property in the same conditions as they found it, clean, tidy and undamaged.
12. Upon departing the guests are obliged to close all windows, turn off all water faucets as well as any electrical appliances and lights and to shut the door of the apartment as they leave.
13. In the event when any of these rules is in breach homeowners reserves their rights to cancel the stay for the guests and declare them as “undesirable”.
14. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
15. Homeowners are not responsible for the consequences of force major such as:
Disappearance/loss/theft of personal /valuables and technical goods in case of burglary; cuts of water supply; heating in the building; no – functioning of Internet and cable television due to technical problems with providers; power outages in the building and other possible damages that homeowners were not able to prevent or stop.
16. All guests must provide pictures of ID or passport before check-in date to the host through the platform of Airbnb.
In case of flood, fire or any other emergencies please promptly notify homeowners.
We wish you a nice stay, during that time we will be at your disposal for every information and help needed.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
