Ideal for those wanting to enjoy some of the best beaches, cycle routes and walking around the Island.

The house has a living area of 145 m2 spread over two floors.
The first floor consists of:
A living/dining room with comfortable sofas and a large 8 seater dining table. A rustic design kitchen equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances.
One double bedroom (with air conditioning) with ensuite shower room and a bathroom with shower.Double doors lead out to a covered terrace with table and chairs.
The ground floor consists of:
Bedroom with single beds, one with double bed + seventh single bed. A Family bathroom with bath and shower over.

The exterior of the house has a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Here is the inviting pool of 4m x 9m with several loungers around it for sun bathing, or relax in the shade under the pergola. The pool area is fenched from the rest of the garden/outside area.
In turn, the garden area includes a table and chairs and a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor culinary delights, its 300 m2 of lawns, planted areas and fruit trees create a unique and quiet atmosphere. There is a swing for children to enjoy and ample space to play.

The villa has 4 optional A/C ( cold and hot air) at an extra cost of 10€/day in the bedrooms the living/dining room.
The villa has wifi.
Offroad covered parking is available for 3 cars.

The nearby mountains offer for hikers and nature lovers many opportunities to explore the diverse landscape of Mallorca on foot. An example of this is the excursion to the "Castle of Punta de n'Amer", a circular route around the coast, enjoying this excellent vantage point on the east coast. It is a protected natural area, where there is a defensive tower from the late seventeenth century.
This area has a coastal landscape of extreme and unchangeable beauty. It has natural and unspoiled, sandy coves and rocks, clean, clear, sparkling water.
The most important aspect to highlight of this property is its view on the green landscape of Mallorca, the surrounding mountains and Pula Golf.

Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (water and gas).
The first cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.

The Tourist tax payable on arrival.
The Air conditioning is optional with an extra cost of €10/day to be paid upon arrival
A damage deposit of 250€ is required on arrival.
