Casa Chiara (accessed via 64 steps) is located below Villa Ponti in the same private residential complex nestled in the cliffs overlooking the sea (accessed via 303 steps), near the old fishing village of Sori and opposite the Portofino Promontory. The large panoramic terrace connects with the spacious open-plan living area and the bedrooms, creating a single large outdoor/indoor space overlooking the Golfo Paradiso. Interior:
Crossing the large terrace, the entrance door leads into a spacious open-plan area comprising the living room with large windows overlooking the sea, the dining area and the adjoining kitchen. A small hallway leads to the sleeping area, composed of: a twin bedroom with joinable beds; a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower; a bedroom with bunk beds and ensuite bathroom with shower and washing machine; a separate double bedroom (with access from the terrace) with small sitting area, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room.

Park:
The outdoor area is represented by a large terrace of about 100 sq m overlooking the sea, where a beautiful maritime pine tree provides ample shade. Its small, shallow swimming pool (50 cm) is ideal and safe for children, and the large table will be the favourite meeting place for outdoor lunches and dinners on warm summer evenings, with the possibility of bringing out and using the portable barbecue. Armchairs, sunbeds and small tables complete the terrace furniture, allowing you to fully enjoy the extraordinary panoramic position of the terrace in total comfort.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The rectangular pool, located on the panoramic terrace, measures 3.50 x 1.70 m with a depth of 50 cm (suitable and safe for children). Lined in mosaic tiles, it is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
