The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two large and well-appointed double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, comfortable beds, spacious wardrobes, and complete bed linen. One of these rooms also features a large furnished balcony with partial sea views and a garden outlook. The third bedroom is a triple room with beautiful views of the sea, the garden, and Mount Vesuvius, offering particularly scenic mornings. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and ample space for personal belongings.

The apartment features three full bathrooms, all with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, towels, and courtesy toiletries, ensuring comfort and practicality even for larger groups. The living room is bright and welcoming, furnished with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, and a dining area with a wooden table seating six guests. From here, you can access a large balcony overlooking the sea and garden, an ideal space to relax after a day spent exploring the area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for guests who enjoy cooking independently. It includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and all necessary cookware. The kitchen also offers a dedicated dining area and a bright balcony with a garden view and partial sea views. Situated on Via Bernardino Rota, one of Sorrento’s most convenient and well-regarded areas, the apartment allows guests to move around easily on foot, making a car unnecessary. The city center, Piazza Tasso, the main shopping street, and the historic center are all just a few minutes’ walk away, along with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and essential services. The train station is approximately a 5–6 minute walk and is served by the Circumvesuviana line, providing easy connections to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Naples. Nearby bus stops also offer SITA bus services to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello.

The port of Marina Piccola, the departure point for Capri, Ischia, and other destinations in the Gulf of Naples, can be reached in about 15 minutes using the panoramic public elevator from the Villa Comunale. For guests arriving by car, a private on-site parking space is available in the underground garage at a cost of €20 per day per car, a particularly convenient option given the limited availability and high cost of public parking in central Sorrento.

Check-in is carried out in person with a member of our staff, who will be happy to provide all necessary information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The arrival time must be agreed in advance. Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, while late check-in is possible upon request for an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid ID for mandatory registration in accordance with local regulations. A city tax is also required, payable in cash upon arrival, from April to October. For the Municipality of Sorrento, the tax is €4 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, with exemptions for minors.
