Villa de Collie is an exquisite 5 Master bedrooms with King size bed and 7 bathrooms modern, avant-garde style villa located in a natural setting. The Villa is in the exclusive Residential Hispaniola gated resort community. This villa features more than 4,000 sq feet of interior living space The Villa has an open living area for entertaining large groups featuring 20+ foot ceilings, a floating staircase, billiard table, large infinity pool, outdoor kitchen with gas grill.

On site administration & 24 hour security are on the premises and ready to assist at a moments notice. A golf cart is on the grounds to be used by security for your convenience. Whether you need help getting yourself, your luggage or a few groceries to your unit, our staff will be there to assist. You can also reach the owner via email, phone or text.

Guest have access to all rented areas of the property except for the laundry room. The maids can do laundry for you per the stated policy. Laundry is $10 per load for washing, drying and folding and must be done by our maid.

Extra Services for Cost (advance notice may be required):

- Airport transfer Cost for transportation is $25 each way for up to 5 people from Puerto Plata Airport (POP) and $100 each way for up to 5 people from Santiago airport (STI).

- Chef/ Butler/ Bartender services available on Request. Chef fee is $80 per day for up to 7 persons for 2 meals a day. Guests pay for their own groceries. Add $10 per day for each additional person.

- Massage services available upon request for $35 per person per hour.

- Private Transportation available upon request.

The villa is walking distance to a restaurant within the community as well as the local town which is filled with restaurants, grocery store, drug store, shopping and nightlife. The beach is also within walking distance. A car is not needed to get around however should you choose to have one, there is a secure parking pad for you to park free of charge.

Electricity Usage – 25 kw per day electricity consumption is included in your overall price, which is normally more than enough for normal use. If you exceed 25 kw per day, you will pay the excess consumption at a rate of ($17 pesos per kw). Just make sure you switch off the air conditioning and lights correctly, especially during the day when you leave your villa.
- Family friendly\Visitors must be registered - To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guest must register with their passport or ID at the security gate..
- Inappropriate behavior and loud noise - please have guest refrain from inappropriate behavior and loud noise. After 10pm, please be discreet in order to respect the neighbors.
- SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Any violations will result in a $200 fine. No exceptions.
