Thoughtfully expanded and beautifully updated, this classic beachfront cottage blends modern comfort with the timeless charm that brings guests back year after year.

The home features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft. Bamboo flooring flows throughout the living spaces, complemented by travertine tile in the bathroom, and clean, modern furnishings throughout that keep the focus on the stunning coastal surroundings.

Both bedrooms are appointed with queen beds and include built-in storage drawers and wardrobes, making the cottage especially comfortable for extended visits. The main-level great room offers seating for six at the dining table and a wall-mounted Smart TV with basic cable, all framed by ever-changing ocean views just beyond the windows.

Stairs from the great room lead to the loft, where two twin beds are tucked on the garden side. A cozy lounge area overlooks the ocean, providing an ideal spot to relax, read, or watch passing storms—and, if you’re lucky, spot whales offshore.

The cottage sits on a 40-foot bluff with a private path leading directly to the beach. Miles of shoreline stretch in both directions, perfect for long, unhurried walks where you’ll often encounter more seabirds than people.
