What some guests may not love:
-The pool is not heated, so it will be active from May 15-Oct 1 every year. Trust me, you dont want to use it the rest of the year anyways!
- Please be advised that due to the proximity of nearby trees, there may be a daily occurrence of leaves in the pool. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that our team will make regular efforts to maintain the pool's cleanliness.

Our house comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 king bed in the master, 1 queen bed in the second room and 2 twins in the 3rd. You can sleep a 7th person on the couch if you wish to do so!

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We do not live by the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
