Spend blue-sky summer days lounging around the pool deck, listening to your favorite tunes on the outdoor Bluetooth speaker. A furnished deck is ready to welcome additional outdoor living, with features including a gas grill, a dining table, and a gorgeous propane firepit. Canoes and kayaks can be launched via the Kelley's Bay access point. The Johnny A. Kelley Recreation Area is also within walking distance where you can enjoy community amenities like tennis, pickleball, and walking trails. The home's central cape location leaves you within easy reach of many great beaches like Mayflower Beach. An outdoor shower is even equipped so you can rinse off sand and saltwater.

Kick back and enjoy the ultimate outdoor experience at our poolside bar, complete with barstools, vibrant lighting, and a massive 50' outdoor TV — perfect for catching the game while sipping your favorite poolside drink. Whether you're mixing cocktails at sunset, enjoying morning coffee with a view, this space is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It's an ideal spot to gather, laugh, and make memories.

Upper and lower-level living areas provide plenty of room to spread out inside with plenty of comfortable overflow accommodations, and four smart TVs are equipped for streaming shows and movies. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Occupancy is per town permit.
Streaming is available with guest credentials.
Fireplace is not for guest use.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
