Situated just five miles east of South Fork, and just a stone's throw from the Rio Grande, this scenic retreat offers an ideal retreat to indulge in year-round recreation. The natural foliage presents an ever-changing backdrop throughout the seasons, and the private outdoor area sets the stage for leisurely home living. Enjoy effortless access to gold medal fishing a few blocks away on the Rio Grande. Play a game of golf at Rio Grande Club & Resort (just under five miles away), then head into town and grab a bite to eat from one of the many local restaurants. Wolf Creek Ski Area is only 23 miles away, perfect for winter skiing adventures.

At home, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue on the deck, relax in the hot tub, or head inside to cozy up around the fireplace for some casual downtime in the living room. The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
