If you are looking for Hip, Cool, Retro, Post Modern, or combination of all four - you found it in Central Loft #204!  This one bedroom loft, with a sleeper sofa for guests, is by far one of the best places to rent in South Haven. The Developer saved a part of South Haven history by restoring, repurposing and making this Old 1913 High School into several Post Modern and Contemporary living spaces. This Loft captures the best of both worlds - old meets new - it utilizes the open floor plan to its advantage with a blend of Urban Post Modern Design with the colors of the Southwest Michigan Cottage palette; think Chicago Urban meets South Haven Beaches. This space is alive with energy and will make your stay unforgettable!  



This space is located on the 2nd Floor, with just one flight of stairs - this vintage building was not built with an elevator. However, that short flight of stairs is so worth it, for once you enter, you will feel the positivity within this Loft and know you made the right decision as to where to stay. You will find that the exposed brick enhances the decor in every room. The Artwork throughout the loft adds to the mood; it is bright, fun and full of movement.  The bedroom feels warm and hip, the design and integration of the furniture makes it feel familiar and comforting. The soft sheets on the queen size bed and deep pillows will pull you into a good night’s sleep. For your guests, they will find themselves on a very comfortable pull-out - one which has made many guests rethink how they felt about sleeping on one. 



On cool evenings or brisk mornings, turn on the sleek and elegant gas fireplace for a little warmth and flare, or to just add to the mood of a perfect evening.



With all there is to do in South Haven in the evening, the energy within this loft may make you want to stay in and entertain. So if that happens, turn on your favorite music on the smart tv, dim the lights in the living area, and spend the evening making a wonderful dinner that you create from all the amazingly delicious things you found at the Farmer’s Market, in the modern kitchenette, and then take in a movie at one of the two private movie theaters located in the Central Loft Complex. 



There are large patios for grilling and entertaining on the premises, a perfect place for you and your guests to enjoy the fresh lake trout, or salmon, that you caught while on a Fishing Charter from the local Marina. There is also an indoor heated pool for relaxing and enjoying the moment, and a large workout facility to help keep your blood flowing. It’s a short walk to everything downtown South Haven has to offer; the restaurants, the shopping, the yacht club and most importantly, the beach. However, it's even a shorter walk to the Six Chicks Scratch Kitchen and Cafe Julia’s is just around the corner from there; two local favorites that should be included on the “to do” list, right after Clementine’s.
