The first-floor family room features a 57" smart TV and opens to a covered walk-out porch with outdoor seating, a café table, and a grill—perfect for relaxed meals and evenings outdoors.



On the second floor, you’ll find a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace, a small library and reading nook, and a game and toy cabinet—an ideal space for downtime or kids’ play. The sofa in this seating area converts to a sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping flexibility. The primary king bedroom is located on this level and opens to a balcony shared with the second-floor living area, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and separate shower. Two additional private bedrooms and a full bathroom complete this floor.



The third-floor loft provides additional space and stunning views for you and your guests. On this level, there is a king bed and two twins, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony.



The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen essentials, smart TVs, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, games, pack & plays, and a high chair—everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free stay. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to join you on your vacation, with a $145 pet fee.
