This home is smack in the the middle of all the summer fun that takes place on South Haven's famous North Beach!! You can literally step off the spacious sun patio and step into a volleyball game on the beach - you simply cannot get any closer to the action on one of Michigan's prettiest white sand beaches! 



Start your day off relaxing with a cup of coffee on the patio and watch the fishing charter boats head out for the day as the paddle boarders float by. 



No need to pack a picnic for lunch at the beach - your grill and sun patio are practically ON the beach! Splash in the water with the kids, build a sand castle, and simply walk a few steps to home - no more hauling loads of beach gear and coolers! 



This beachfront home has an abundance of space that comfortably sleeps twelve guests. The main floor is focused on family time. Gather for board games or curl up and watch a movie in the cozy TV room - or just hang out on the patio for great people watching. On the upper level, take a nap in the huge master bedroom while the lake breeze wafts through the windows. The upper level and lower level offers additional bedrooms and bathrooms for your extended family or friends.



The city awaits just over the Dyckman Drawbridge - it's a charming walk through a neighborhood of unique beach-town homes. Stop at Captain Lou's when you reach the bridge for a cocktail and a front row seat on the Black River to watch the watercraft come and go. 



There's plenty of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife to choose from in beautiful downtown South Haven. 



At the day's end, head toward the North Shore Lighthouse that's just outside your door and settle in for one of those famous South Haven sunsets.

We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
