'Woodhaven Hideaway' indoor pool, hot tub

Welcome to Woodhaven Hideaway!

2 heated community pools and a hot tub. One pool is an indoor/ outdoor pool with retractable roof so you can swim all year with no worries about the weather. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms newly built retreat perfect for family gatherings of up to 10 people. Enjoy modern finishes, a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, central A/C, Wi-Fi, smart TV for the adults, and upstairs a large screen TV for DVDs for the kids.

INSIDE THE HOME
The open concept living room has a Queen sofa sleeper with a foam mattress and topper. A fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters and an eat-in island with seating for two. Large farmhouse table in the dining room seats eight. Laundry room and 1/2 bath complete the first floor. In the attached garage you'll find bikes, beach toys, and accessories that can be carted down to the beach via wagon. On the second floor is a spacious master suite with a king bed and twin day bed/trundle. The master bathroom has double sinks and ample storage. Then there's the large walk-in closet with a pack-n-play, providing a private baby bunk. Two more bedrooms have Queen beds. All mattresses are comfy - quality memory foam. There is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub to complete the upstairs. Outside, take in the natural beauty surrounding us or wind down around a crackling fire on cool evenings. There is parking for one car in the driveway and more spaces, as available, on the shoulder in front of the house.

THE LOCATION
This home is located in the Harbor Club South Haven community and offers access to a private marina and 2 clubhouses with a heated outdoor pool and an additional heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Boats and golf carts are available for rent. Ride a cart for less than 10 min to downtown South Haven or take a short trip to nearby beach access (Newcome beach 0.6 miles, Oak Street Beach 1 mile, North Beach 2 miles).

South Haven has always been our favorite resort town along Lake Michigan's shores. We are excited for you to experience the beautiful sugar sand beaches and golf courses. Explore local wineries and breweries. Try some fishing or boating. Hike and/or bike the nearby Kal-Haven trail. Shop the many boutiques or search for antiques downtown. Enjoy the quality restaurants and other resort towns nearby... and at the end of the day, witness breathtaking sunsets. After experiencing all that South Haven has to offer, we'd love you to return to 'Woodhaven Hideaway' time and time again!

Downsides are lack of transparency and disclosing fees, and a rather long chore chart that didn’t seem to justify those fees. Otherwise, it was very nice. Stairs are very steep, and that should be disclosed for people who might have trouble with them.

Labor Day Getaway

House was great, and neighborhood amenities were perfect for the summer weekend. We rented a golf cart so we could all ride downtown together (7 of us in total). We had a lot of fun with that. Just make sure you know how to get to the big hill to get downtown because you can't take the main road. The yard is really small, but across the street was a wooded area with trails in it, so we could walk our dog in there for exercise. Easy walk to the newer, larger pool area. Toys and beach stuff available for kids too. Check-in was super easy and communication was great.

Very nice place

We just love your place it has a very warm atmosphere. Love that you pretty much have everything we need for the trip. The place have 2 swimming pool and a hot tub which both places are within walking distance. The place also have a walking trail in the woods thats literaly right across the house. Downtown southhaven is only 5-6min drive and saugutuck 22min from where the place is. Over all we enjoy our stay and will for sure book again!

Relaxing week in South Haven

Only two issues were discovered. Could never get live network tv even after reaching out twice. The other is no fault of the home, just at our age the furniture sat very low and did not offer and head and neck support, so it was difficult getting up and down. Beds were very comfortable however. Home had everything we needed and we enjoyed our vacation.

South Haven short vacation fun

Our family of 6 had a nice stay at the house which was lovely. Pool was walkable and we even rented a boat from the harbor nearby. Had a little luck fishing nearby too. I would highly recommend the house though not near the center of town.

Great location and space for families

This house was beautiful, clean, and great for families. The house was well equipped with items in the kitchen, games, books, and even some outdoor things for kids in the garage. The back patio was relaxing with a fire pit and patio chairs. Close to downtown and the beach. The management company was quick and responsive to any of our questions or concerns and sent detailed instructions and information. Would definitely stay here again !

Fantastic stay at Lola’s

Our group of 4 adults and 3 teens all enjoyed the stay. The house was clean and very well appointed, beds were comfortable, and management was very responsive. It was a very short drive to the beach (North Beach was amazing) and to town. It was also convenient to nearby Saugatuck. Highly recommend!

This home was great. Super clean and new. Kitchen had everything you needed. Even left. Fixings for ‘s’mores. Beds comfy, towels soft , and all the beach needs. Chairs and a very necessary beach umbrella. We used the bikes (adjustable and enough for everyone (3 adults). And the back porch table now has an umbrella. Community pool was close by (needs a little TLC) and they are planning a 2nd pool. 3 minute drive to 5 beaches. 5 minute drive to SH (or close enough to ride bikes). 15 minute drive to Saugatuck. More restaurants there and better shopping. All in all a great vacation. Would rent again.

Perfect family getaway

We came to South Haven for the first time with our 3 boys and Lolas was a perfect spot for us. The kitchen had everything we need and our boys loved the Giant Jenga game! Perfect distance from the beach and downtown. We rented a boat through the marina and went tubing on Lake Michigan - a first for our children that they ended up loving! We will be back for sure!
