As part of Lakeland Village, during your stay, you'll have access to a shared hot tub, pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and sauna. When you aren't taking an invigorating dip in the pool, head for the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena, play in the sand at Pope Beach, practice your swing at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course, and don your hiking shoes for serene walks around Emerald Bay State Park. Winter recreation opportunities are also abundant in this area! Indulge in thrilling rides down the slopes at Kirkwood Mountain Resort (35.6 miles), Squaw Valley Resort (38 miles), and Northstar California Resort (39.3 miles).

After a day filled with adventure, cozy up in front of the villa's gas fireplace and get comfortable for the evening. As the chef of your group prepares delicious dishes amidst the kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, you can catch up on your favorite show on the living room's smart TV.

Boasting more than enough space for you and your favorite people, the villa features four bedrooms and an additional loft with two beds. The interior perks extend to a private washer/dryer,
a wood-burning fireplace, and internet access.

As the sun begins to set over the lake, fire up the gas grill, host a cookout, and reminisce on all of the fantastic memories you've made thus far.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. 

Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/

Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
