Relax island style in our nautical theme 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo. Our condo is located in the well maintained and popular gated beachfront Sea Vista complex located next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Beach and Water Park). The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, charcoal grilling station, secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beautiful sandy beach, just steps from your door. Our 5th. floor condo has inside elevator access. Once you walk in the door, there is nothing but dunes, beach and the vast blue sea...all for your enjoyment. The living/dining area as well as the master suite have floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with the most breath taking beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine waking up each morning after a restful sleep to a magnificent sunrise...there is no better way to start the day. This same view can also be enjoyed while preparing that gourmet meal in the kitchen. Relax on the spacious balcony sipping your favorite beverage and feeling the gulf breezes while watching the ships and shrimp boats come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf. Carrying out the nautical theme, the master suite has a queen size bed plus a twin size sofa and a couple of chairs for a quiet sitting area. There is a walk-in master closet with drawers and ample hanging. On to the master bath, you'll find a full walk-in tiled shower with plenty of storage along with a granite counter top vanity. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed and a bunk bed set. Four can comfortably sleep in this spacious bedroom. There is a full wall of built-ins, both drawers and hanging. We've also added a Keurig coffee maker for those guests who need that quick cup of coffee first thing in the morning. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a granite vanity top. Both bedrooms have large flat screen smart TVs. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury towels and linens. There is also a Pack-N-Play with linens for your little one. Paper products, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided to get you started. The kitchen has a full granite countertop and all stainless steel appliances, including the slide-in range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and a water purifier system. It is well stocked with high end dishes, glassware, pots and pans and a good supply of herbs and spices. As well as several small kitchen appliances (hand mixer, blender, crock pot, etc.) to enhance your cooking experience. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably. We also provide paper towels and trash bags to get you started. Plus there are some cleaning supplies available. To add to your enjoyment, there are 3 large flat screen smart TVs with Spectrum cable and a DVD player. Password protected free WiFi is provided. The condo is fully air conditioned. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. Laundry liquids are provided to get you started. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys for building that amazing sand castle. As a guest of Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your vacation.
