LIVING AREA

Recently updated, the main living area features a new sleeper sofa and love seat. Unwind with your crew and watch your favorite shows on the 47” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Before hitting the beach, whip up a hearty breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. Helpful gadgets include a blender, coffee maker, and toaster.

When you’re ready to eat, gather at the six-person dining table. Then top off your meal with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar for three.

BED & BATH

Between the sleeper sofa in the living area and two bedrooms, this condo comfortably sleeps six guests total.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom with a stately king-size bed, a cozy sitting nook, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Parking was limited, however adequate depending on the time of day. The cloth sofa and two seat sofa were in need of steam cleaning, especially the arm rests. The master bedroom door was hard to close, the balcony door was jambing, needed extra push to open and to close. Two chairs in the balcony had torn cushions and you could not sit on them without falling in. The toilet seat in the first room was loose and I found that the vanity in the master bedroom was not of normal height, require a person to fully bend over to was their face, weird to say the lease. Good view from the balcony and good appliances. Sofa and 2 seat sofa need to be replace, worned and dirty. Did not see any staff or interaction with anyone at the facility, all transactions and notices were by email, good thing I had my cell phone with an app to my emails, otherwise I would have to call for assistance.

The location was magnificent. the furniture in the living room you couldn’t use if you sat on the sofa, you couldn’t get back out of it. The bathrooms are in need of updating the shower doors were falling off the faucets were corroded the tile on the floor was disgusting. Vacuum did not work. The outside furniture was ripped. The pantry doors are falling off in the kitchen They had no handle.

The sunrises were beautiful from the balcony. Walking distance to lots of places. Only complaint is the locks on the doors. Code is too long for the front door and balcony door is hard to lock the deadbolt

We were there to see sand castle days. Never had been. We always love staying at the Suntide ll. This is a nice 2 bed 2 bath. We had a wonderful time.

Disappointed; price paid was more than value

Positive: location. Negatives: not very clean, broken pulls or no pulls on drawers and linen closets, no hangers (we bought hangers), no pizza pan, no pizza cutter, no wine glasses, no regular spoons - only large spoons, queen bed creaks and squeaks with slightest move, silverware drawer was difficult to open due to build-up grease, burnt out light bulbs, no oven pads or oven mitts, very few bath and hand towels, kitchen linens sparse (we bought), one of the washing machines was filthy and never cleaned during our entire stay (11-days), dishwasher is disgusting - much of the interior finish was stained or degraded. This unit might be acceptable to college kids interested in a place to sleep during spring break, but we expected more for the price paid. We will not recommend Suntide II or working with Vacasa. Vacasa (management company) was slow to respond - using excuse they were inundated with emails and phone calls. Their emails offering us to extend our stay for additional money or pay for a late check-out were NOT late!

We had a great stay!! Communication was good throughout the process.

A few suggestions, get rid of extreme worn down furniture. Nee bed needed in 2nd bedroom Adjust shower in 2nd bathroom, very hard to shower with it so low. Faucet in 2nd barh needs replaced as well. Fix main bath fan,, and lose ceiling inain bedroom. Update balcony furniture and add small table to enjoy meals out there . Need pot holders in kitchen. Very clean except for a few door knobs and fan blades. Only other downfall of property waa no outside restrooms for when your on the beach or in the pool so you don't have to go all the way back to your room. We enjoyed out atay!!!
