Come home from the beach to enjoy an air-conditioned living space with tile floors, free WiFi to help you share your photos, and a pair of sofas positioned in front of a flatscreen cable TV and DVD player. Leave your swimsuits in the care of the private washer/dryer or head downstairs for an afternoon swim in the building's outdoor pool. At night, when you're not dining out on the town, you'll have stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) to assist you with meal preparation, as well as ample seating at the three-person breakfast bar and the four-person dining table.

This condo is located on the second floor of the Escape Condominiums, a complex that sits just half a block up East Campeche Street from South Padre Island's famous gulf-front beach. Half a block in the other direction is Padre Boulevard, which is lined with all sorts of restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and recreational outfitters. There's a wealth of attractions nearby, including the Beach Park at Isla Blanca just over two miles south.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
