The Space:

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this condo is well suited for families or groups looking to enjoy resort-style amenities with the ease of a private residence.



The Condo

The open-plan layout is bright and welcoming from the moment you enter. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. A large dining table comfortably seats eight for shared meals, complemented by three bar stools at the breakfast bar for casual dining or morning coffee.



The living room offers generous seating and a large Smart TV with cable—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open directly onto the private balcony, furnished with sofa-style lounge seating and views overlooking the pool area.

The condo accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and TV:

Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), located approximately 27 miles away, making your travel to the island quick and convenient. Onsite parking is available at the complex, so you’ll have no trouble getting around. For those who prefer to explore, walking around the island is a fun and scenic way to discover local attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful surroundings.

- The property is on the 6th floor There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.

- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.

- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.

- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed at this property.

- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.



Interaction with Guests:

Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

The place was spacious and we loved the balcony, a lot of construction at the facility but it didn’t bother us. There also was stains on the light fixtures but again wasn’t a big deal to us. Easy location right on the main road and the building was very secure.

I gave this a five due to it being a great value.. it is a spacious unit with an awesome view and the pool and hot tubs were great. The deck furniture on the deck by the ocean was a big plus since you don’t need a beach chair. Just be aware of a couple of things
the unit it stocked with supplies for just a weekend stay so you will need to do some shopping for dish soap, toilet paper, etc if you are staying longer. Also this isn’t a splashy brand new unit - the walls show some minor wear and tear and some things like hair dryers didn’t work. Back on the plus side, the kitchen had all the cooking things we needed and the staff was very quick to reply and resolve any issue that came up. I have stayed at this building twice and would stay again.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at this property — the location can’t be beat with direct, easy beach access and beautifully maintained pools that were a perfect 83 and hot tubs at 103 even in late November. The home is spacious, filled with natural light, and the large dining table comfortably hosted our holiday meal. Cooking was straightforward.The unit was generally clean, but a few basic starter items were missing (no dish soap, coffee filters), and we encountered a strong odor from a broken garbage disposal when we arrived. The bathrooms showed some mold in the grout and caulking (understandable for coastal South Texas) and a bit of visible wear/damage. The dryer is on its last legs — the door wouldn’t stay closed and was extremely noisy. Furniture is functional but definitely well-used. There is some construction going on at the complex, but there wasn’t significant noise and didn’t cause any interruptions. Overall, the house worked well for our group and delivered great value for the location and amenities. With a handful of small maintenance fixes and basic starter supplies, it would easily feel like a 5-star stay. We’d consider returning.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

We had a fantastic stay here! The unit is spacious and well appointed. There were six of us (4 adults and 2 kids) and everyone had plenty of room. The property is clean and well kept and easy for guests to access while still being secure. Starting and ending our days on the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was my favorite thing about our trip! We also loved being so close to the pool. The host was SO helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good Experience

Due to flight schedules, we arrived at the security area 30 minutes before check in and no-one had any idea we would be arriving that day. After some texts, emails, and phones calls, we were able to gain access through security.The building needs some updating and we were surprised by the 7ft ceilings in the hallways and some areas of the condos. The smell in the building lobby and hallways is nauseating with their scent diffusers, so if you are sensitive to smells, this may not be your place. The grounds were well kept, but there was construction of a new building within the complex. They kept the construction noise to appropriate hours, which was a huge plus.Overall the condo is nice, but could use some maintenance. We found multiple broken items including 2 toilet seats upon our arrival and mold within the washer. The host had maintenance and housekeeping come to the room within a short period of time. We advised maintenance they could wait until we left if they wanted since there were only 2 of us staying in the condo. Housekeeping was unable to clean the mold from the washer. We did get locked out of the condo once when the deadbolt was locked by maintenance who went to the condo while we were gone. We didn't have a code to operate the deadbolt, but the front desk was able to help us out after about 20 minutes. Security was friendly and helpful. It was nice being in a gated area being in a new place. The beaches were wonderful with easy access.
