We had such a great stay at this rental. The decor is warm, stylish, and really well thought out, and the layout made the whole place feel open and comfortable. I have to mention the couch — it was unbelievably comfortable. Honestly one of the best I’ve ever lounged on in a rental. I’d love to know where they bought it because I want the same one at home.We brought our own pillows out of habit, but the master bedroom bed was so comfortable that we probably didn’t even need them. Everything felt clean, cozy, and inviting.The location is another huge plus. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and we were close to everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go. Super convenient without feeling crowded or noisy.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. I would definitely recommend you stay here. We did not need to use the pool because of the weather, but it looked clean and well kept.

Vacation without the work

It felt like home. The lodgings are beautiful, clean, and conveniently located a brief walk to the beach. The process was organized, too. The photos don't do the place justice, being more comfortable and picturesque than a camera can capture. I can't wait to return.

No shade!

The house is clean and beautifully decorated. It is right across the street from the public access #11 beach. It is a bit of walk while carrying all the beach equipment you will need to rent because the house has NONE. The back yard has a nice pool but NO SHADE!! The patio furniture is made of thin fabric and it was torn and unusable. Need to invest in a shade structure and new reliable patio furniture.

Very nice

Very nice interior - clean and everything looks recently updated. 3nice bedrooms and a bathroom each. Close walk to beach. Pool is no-frills and shared with the other 3 attached units - but was tidy and fine. Very small balcony overlooks pool, but could use a few pieces of outdoor seating. Ocean (and fireworks) can be viewed from front balcony/step. Street is pleasant - thumbs up for location (and pretty close to grocery). Really no complaints at all.

Great except for the weather

It rained during our entire stay and there were gale force winds and it stayed in the upper 40s to lower 50s. The beach was closed due to the weather along with every entertainment activity because they are all outside. As far as the condo is concerned, there were a few bulbs out, the ice maker on the fridge did not work and the dryer won’t shut off in sensor mode so you could burn your clothes if not careful. The pool was more of a puddle. The door code was ridiculously long. Others than those inconveniences the place was very comfortable and very well situated near all of the normal activities had it been good weather. Would return after verifying the weather first.

Great house and great location

We stayed in this rental August 2022 and we loved it. Enough space for my family and the place was clean and very nice. I especially enjoyed not having to have a bunch of check out rules with washing towels/linens, taking out the trash, washing dishes etc. Although I did do all of these things it was nice that it wasn't required. The beach was a half block walk but you could see the ocean from the front door. Beach access was right off the sidewalk so that was nice. The only con that I can list is that the water/ice maker on the fridge did not work and I immediately let them know when we got in and they said someone would get back with me and no one ever did and it was broke the whole stay. I only sent one message as we were only there 3 days and we just went and purchased bottle water. Things happen and I know maintenance was probably busy it would have just been nice for someone to follow up with us. Also, when we were out at the beach one day we came back and the exterminator had apparently came in as they had left their card saying they had been there. It would have been nice for a heads up instead of having someone in the place with all of our stuff inside, but it is appreciated to know that they keep up on things like this.

There were roaches and a refrigerator that wouldn’t cool at first

The property was nice. When we got there the fridge was not cold and I contacted management the kept putting me off. Finally 4 days later someone came out and told us it just takes time for it to cool and you must keep tempt down to 50% or it freezes up. He said most of the fridges in the units were that way. Why couldn’t management tell me this to begin with. Clogged drain in one of showers. Management told us to get a plunger and fit it ourselves. We had to go buy the plunger. There were roaches in the kitchen. Not a good place to stay. Don’t make the mistake of staying there.

Great Location

Rental is across the street from beach access. Rooms were a good size, bathrooms were a little on the small size (no benches in showers, no tubs or much counter space for toiletries). Wish the closest that they locked wasn’t in the room with the most beds or added a dresser to that room to put your clothes in. Has a pool on site & WiFi which worked well most of the time. Close to food & shopping & many other attractions. Unit could be a bit cleaner but all in all, a good stay.

Property is beautiful,

We love the apartment building. The interior is very up dated, the house is much bigger than the pictures portray, the house was clean, everything worked except ice and water in refrigerator, the washer and dryer was handy. We were without water for about 10 hours due to a water main broke. Communication between the managers and the city could have been better, we had a river flowing down the street coming from the hydrant for about 3 hours and water coming out of valves in back yard, but nothing to flush toilet, miscommunication was cause of that. I would go to this property again anytime. Had a great experience

We enjoyed our stay for the most part.

We were really cold and weren't able to adjust the thermostat so that was not great! We will probably go with another property in the future. Some eminties were not provided like salt or pepper just an example. Overall we were comfortable and property was clean.

It was good.

Excellent location to walk back and forth to the beach. Good place to stay overall. Only complaints are that the pool was pretty dirty, even immediately after a company came and cleaned. Kitchen faucet was completely broken on arrival with extremely low water pressure. It made cleaning things very challenging. Also a lack of general cleaning supplies such as trash bags, paper towels, hand soap., etc...

overall good

AC went out our first night there, thankfully was fixed as property manager sent someone out that night which I was grateful for. However, we were told we would be compensated for that one night and we never heard back. Beautiful condo, nicely decorated and updated. Could use some extra seating in living room…doesn’t seat as many people as the condo sleeps. Pool area could use some updating. Overall enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach

Valentines Getaway

Book this place for valentines weekend and little did we know a blizzard would hit Texas that weekend. It was cold but this beautiful place gave us a warm place to hang out and visit. The beds are comfortable and we had all we needed. We had an awesome time and will definitely book it again when weather is warmer😂😉

2nd visit to this beautiful condo!

We stayed here last summer and was not disappointed, so we had to book it again. The place is lovely, is within a short walk to beach (no sand in personal vehicle) and has all the amenities needed. Only recommendation is to fix the twin bed in the middle room. We had this issue last time that if you sit on the end of the bed, the support boards give out and the bed collapses. Definitly need to replace those support boards for the mattress. Very frustrated to see it was still an issue. Other than that, this place was perfect!
