Dies ist meine neueste Immobilie. Sie wurde gerade erst im Mai 2018 renoviert (von einem nie endenden Verbesserungsplan). Die erste Woche im MĂ€rz 2018 ist geschlossen. Genießen Sie das Achteck im Steinbock in South Padre Island.

Einzigartiges Layout. 4 Schlafzimmer, mehrstöckiges Haus mit neuem Pool. Einen halben Block vom Strand entfernt. Schnelles WiFi, Garage und mehr! Das Haus ist eigentlich ein Achteck, mit Hauptwohnbereich im 2. Stock. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Garage und es gibt ein Badezimmer fĂŒr den Poolbereich!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich einen halben Block vom öffentlichen Zugang zum Strand entfernt. Es dauert ungefÀhr 5 Minuten, um vom The Octagon zum Zugang zum Strand zu gelangen.

Drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock und eine Wendeltreppe fĂŒhrt Sie zum Schlafzimmer / Loft Nr. 4 im 3. Stock.

Jedes Zimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Deckenventilatoren und die Unterkunft bietet eine zentrale Klimaanlage, 3 Flachbild-TVs und schnelles Internet. Der private Pool wurde im Mai 2018 fertiggestellt.

In der Garage befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Die Garage passt fĂŒr die meisten Autos und andere Fahrzeuge mit geringerem Profil (maximale Höhe 5 Fuß 9 Zoll)

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wĂ€hrend deines Aufenthalts der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr einen kurzen Fußmarsch hierhin: South Padre Island Beach. Celebrating blessings

After 2 years of trying to plan a beach vacation. It finally all came together! Due to an abundance health scares We had been unable to find the time to make it happen. Recently, with the blessings of good health, we celebrated our family at the octagon House on Capricorn. This location was the cherry on top. I also would like to thank Brandon for being so incredibly responsive when I had to call him on a couple of questions. He not only answered the phone but he also provided solutions. I am grateful for the excellent communication he provided. Our family will increase in blessings and will include a future stay to celebrate.

It was just okay

The location is great. Very close to the beach. Bedrooms are nice, yet the AC is working inconsistently in different rooms. The living room and couch areas are sad: very dark, the couch reminded me of a hospital furniture and just in general the living room area was very uninviting and not cozy. The walls were dark too. Overall there was little to no desire to be inside. The pool area was also lacking details. The location is however walking distance to the beach, and close to everything. Overall I would not be back at this property, just because I didn’t feel great being inside. Everything worked though, and checking /communication went well

Perfection

My family of 11 + dog had the best time staying here for 8 days. The best location on the island, so close to the beach you don’t need a car. The home was very clean, comfy beds and pillows, bbq pit was easy to use, huge refrigerator, all the kitchen accessories you need, plus full size washer and dryer. The owner was very nice and reassured us if we needed anything he was just a call or text away.

We had a group that was attending a conference at SPI and this was a great match for us. The accommodations fir our needs, the communication from the host was terrific, and check-in and check out were both smooth. I'd definitely stay here again.

Octagon on Capricorn

House was spacious and family enjoyed the convenience to the beach. One down fall was the entrance to the home was up a flight of stairs, was difficult getting coolers and suitcases into the house. But overall a very nice place to rest and explore the Island.

The property was as we expected. Very short walk to the beach.

The only 2 suggestions I have would be to upgrade the bedding, mattresses and mattress pads and add a couple frying pans, casserole dishes and covered storage dishes. To the owners benefit, a garbage disposal would help when doing dishes.

perfect space and location

Exactly what we wanted

Two of us spent 6 days here to quarantine/work, it was exactly as described. The place is large if you have several people, it will be great. Super clean, it has a de-humidifier which makes a HUGE difference. The pool was sparkling clean and the garage access, bathroom and fridge were perfect. Also literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. We liked it so much, we looked to book it again this summer and it's already all booked up! Getting access was clear/easy. Keep in mind the gates to the back don't have locks, so don't keep anything outside, we put our stuff in the garage during the day/night. One thing to note, the quality of mattresses and sheets are not great, so if you have any kind of aches/pains, you may want to make note of that. Will definitely book again, it was just the quarantine vacation we needed!

Christmas Stay

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, as well as with plates, bowls, and utensils. There wasn’t a dishwasher, but that wasn’t a big deal. Our family enjoyed our Christmas at the beach.
