The Space:

Why stay in “the same old” condo when you can stay in a cool & fairly original beach house just 3 to 5 mins walk from the beach?



Although no pool, the beach is just so close, no need.



Little Caribbean Vibes affords a cool, clean, and vibrant spot with its colors & décor. It is elevated about 12 feet up on piers, there's a shaded chill-out space under the home to enjoy a margarita and relax after a long beach day that is shared with the back 3 bedroom, or the private front deck with a couple of chairs to watch the passersby.



The real question is, why book here?



1.) We are a professional, local host that cares about you. We have an office if you need us, and can be assured of a standardized clean process. To me, cleanliness really matters

2.) Unique. I think booking a rental instead of a hotel is an adventure we hope is fun and unique. Plus – the kitchen for families truly saves money

3.) How close we are to beach here. East side of the busy Padre blvd so taking yourself or kiddos to beach super easy. Still super walkable to bars and restaurants

4.) Multiple bedrooms at this price point can’t be beat vs a hotel that has no privacy



Features:

* The bedroom and living room areas are clean with laminate and tile flooring. The home feels both 50 years old and new at the same time 



BBQ pits or grills are allowed though (not provided), as long as done on ground level and not on deck nor under home - but you must clean up thoroughly when done. BBQing is only allowed in front of the property.



This is the front unit with a kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped for you to make easy breakfast tacos to your house recipe vacation nachos! Just so you know, each unit in the duplex is private and stand-alone; the back unit is a separate 3-bedroom, 2-bath space.



While we allow up to 6 people in the front unit, it is better suited for 4 or 5. If you're a couple with small children, 6 people total can work.



The condo has smart TVs for winding down after a long day in the sun



Contactless check-in with an electronic lock, or you can check in at our nearby office at South Padre Trips if you prefer



Lil Caribbean Vibes is perfect for those who appreciate the charm of retro beach houses. If you have a group, the back house can be reserved for the night owls while the front space is for quieter guests or vice versa.



Pets are allowed with a $75 fee per pet up to 2 dogs. Failure to disclose a pet will result in eviction without refund. Pets cannot be left alone to bark or on furniture. All pet droppings must be removed.



Please read and agree to all house rules prior to booking.



Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years or older and present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are under 25, as additional requirements will apply.



An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file



An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City



Condo is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd, 78597 open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied

You'll have exclusive access to the front condo, featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, living area, and a fully functional kitchen. Relax on the private front deck. While there's no pool, the beach is just a short walk away. The shaded area beneath the house is a shared space with the back unit, offering a spot to unwind.

Nestled in the heart of South Padre Island, our condo puts you steps away from the sun-kissed shores. A mere 5-minute stroll will have your toes in the sand, ready to enjoy the Gulf's embrace. Beyond the beach, you'll discover a variety of dining options within easy walking distance. From casual eateries to more upscale restaurants, there's something to satisfy every craving. Explore local shops and boutiques for unique souvenirs and beach essentials. The neighborhood exudes a laid-back, retro vibe, offering a charming escape from the everyday. Enjoy the convenience of nearby attractions and the friendly atmosphere of this classic beach town.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While you're steps from the beach, you'll also find convenient access to local transportation. Public transit options are readily available nearby, offering a smooth way to explore South Padre Island and beyond. For those driving, we offer two off-street parking spaces, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure. Major transit hubs and the airport are easily accessible, with travel times varying depending on traffic. You'll find it simple to navigate the area, whether you choose to walk, drive, or use public transport.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We provide a starter pack of essential supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, and dishwasher pods. These are not unlimited and will not be replenished during your stay, so you may need to bring extra if you're staying longer than a couple of nights. The primary guest must be 25 years or older. An e-sign rental agreement and a picture of your photo ID are required prior to arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please ensure all dishes are washed and the dishwasher is running, and all trash is taken out to the dumpster upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in an excessive cleaning fee. Pets are allowed with a fee. Please inform us about your pet(s) prior to booking, and ensure they are not left alone to bark or allowed on furniture. All pet droppings must be picked up. No smoking or parties are allowed. Two off-street parking spaces are available. The electronic key code will be provided on the day of check-in, generally by 3 PM. Our office is open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM if you need assistance.

We're here to make your stay as smooth as possible! You can reach us anytime with questions or concerns. The best way to get in touch is through the channel manager messaging system – we check it frequently throughout the day. We aim to respond within an hour, but often it's much quicker. If you need something urgently, feel free to send a message, and we'll do our best to assist you right away. Our local office is also open from 9 am to 5 pm, seven days a week, if you need to check in in person.
