First the good things about this condo: convenient, spacious, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, boat dock, nice balcony. But the floors were very dirty, everything was worn, the veneer was coming off the kitchen cabinets, the shower/tub in the main bathroom was had chips in the tub and rust around the overflow outlet and the shower door kept coming off its tracks. We did not get parking passes and wristbands as we later found out were required by the condo association until 2 or 3 days later after I called. When we did get them there were no wristbands. When I inquired abt them I was told they only did that in the summer. So come Texas week at 6 pm in the evening security comes to our door telling us that one of the residents told them to tow our truck because we had the wrong colored pass it was suppose to be blue not purple. So I get in touch with the property manager who brings another parking pass. Unfortunately, it too was purple. After much ado security said it was ok. Then security tells us the resident was complaining that we didnât have wristbands. So security told us to not go outside or they will remove us from the premises. I call the property manger and security calls him too. They agreed we were OK and being harassed by the resident. This is the worst experience I have had at a rental. Would not go there again.
