Find the beach just steps from your front door, or take a dip in the beachfront complex pool (unheated) and hot tub. Stroll to several dining and shopping options nearby. When the sun sets, discover a variety of pubs and restaurants, also within walking distance.

After a day at the beach, kick back in the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. Make some popcorn and watch favorite shows on the TV. There is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, enjoy vacation meals together at the dining table. Sip morning coffee on the covered balcony, furnished with table seating. Or simply relax and enjoy the expansive views and coastal breeze. Extra perks include provided beach chairs and toys.

Walk mere steps to the beach from this coastal retreat! In addition to prime beach access, you’ll also enjoy an ideal location in the heart of South Padre Island. Discover a plethora of restaurants, nightlife, and convenient amenities, all within walking distance of the condo. When you’re not at the beach, there’s fun for the whole family at Schlitterbahn Water Park, just 11 minutes away by car. Or explore the region in its purest form on horseback at the South Padre Island Adventure Park, only 8 miles north on the island. Shop for local produce at the South Padre Island Farmers’ Market (2 miles), catch a film at Island Cinema (.7 miles), or hone your architectural craft with Sandy Feet's Sandcastle Lessons (1 mile).

The Inverness hot tub is currently under renovation and unavailable for guest use.

When you arrive, you will need to stop by the Inverness office to pick up parking passes as well as the key fob for access to the building, pool, and parking garage. Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 8 am-1 am and Sundays from 9 am-1 am. If you have any questions about hours, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Inverness office. Please ensure you arrive before the office closes, as access will be limited to those with key fobs after that time. The key fob must be returned to the Inverness office upon check-out. If the key fob is not returned, there will be a $100 replacement fee.

Parking passes must be displayed in the vehicle for the duration of the stay. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the complex garage or the parking lot. Additional street parking is also available.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Great View!

This cozy condo was perfect for two adult and a dog. The view and balcony are amazing! Highly recommend. The beach is right there and was Super easy to access. I would totally go back.

My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and let me tell you, every nook and cranny was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning staff! It was great to walk into to a fresh smelling, clean room. Next time, we will be staying here longer than 2 nights. The bed and pillows did not disappoint. We slept better here than at our own home lol!! The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. I can't thank you enough for such a wonder and relaxing weekend. We'll be back, most definitely.

If you like aggravation on your vacation and long afterwards, STAY HERE

Condo / building had so many things broken it became a joke. like No bedding the first night - got in late and used the "24/7" they advertise, but no bedding til next day. Oven gives a shock when touching the oven door. elevator broken. water pressure bad; 3rd day NO WATER. Disturbing drilling and hammering noises the following day with plumbers / welders. 1 1 broken jacuzzi, 2nd was disgusting/unusable. local vacasa contact tried to address problems. she's 5 stars. i initiated a partial refund for the first night's stay: no bedding. As issues multiplied with no end in sight i increased to a reasonable 50%refund. I only received a *partial* refund from VACASA only, below a fair 50%. Vacasa and VRBO each very politely pushed me off to the other, each saying the other is responsible for the remaining refund but neither working with their partner. They both say they're "reaching out" to their contact and will get back to me. Neither side resolved. Wasted time w/ countless emails and calls explaining ALL where they will "leave messages for a supervisor" that no one has heard of when you followup. There is no one NO ONE at either VRBO / VACASA who will take responsibility to resolve what is fair. NO ONE at VRBO / VACASA called/emailed with a name and direct number or offered a way to get my full 50% refund. my guess is the owner (?) has refused to part with the rest of my refund and VACASA and VRBO have no inclination to reach into their profits to do the right thing. The last email from VACASA i got stated apologies for all the back and forth i have been through and that i must (again for the nth time) reach out to VRBO to get the rest of my refund. So instead of VACASA reaching out to VRBO to resolve what's left, i am politely advised to contact VRBO tho this gets me NOWHERE. The last time i spoke with a general VRBO customer service rep, he tried to contact VACASA and got the same run around that i did. Vacasa told the VRBO rep they were reaching out to their contact and would get back to me. Vacasa never said who they waiting on. The owner? It's a circus over there with no one willing to take charge and do the right thing. I have begged them to actually call me to discuss but they keep emailing me to call general vrbo and vacasa "customer service" numbers where i get to explain the situation all over again *every* time and no one calls me. So definitely stay here if you want pay to be stressed on vacation and also long after!!!!

Over all wonderful stay. Listed washer/dryer in unit, was end of building. Only one unit working, was not happy you wanted me to pay to wash sheets/towels. Would of done all if washer in unit. Power plug outside rusted unsafe to use. Locks sliding doors rusted out.

Beautiful View is the Best Feature

Location is close to local dining and shopping options and beach access is great. Decorated nicely, unit was clean upon arrival but floors could've used a scrub and top of kitchen trash can was greasy. Spacious kitchen, well-stocked for cookware but minimal for cooking utensils and absent of any basic spices or ingredients. Rust on the interior of microwave, dishwasher door fell open and racks are missing many prongs and rust stains - needs appliance updates. Large balcony provided a beautiful view and moderately comfortable furniture. Bed mattress was comfortable; not to firm but not too soft. Spacious closet and dresser for ample clothing storage. Power strip near night stand was a nice touch for ease of overnight phone charging. Very noisy mechanical room with AC units directly outside our bedroom window #304. TV wiring was all unplugged/unhooked upon arrival so we had to figure out how to hook everything up ourselves and TV remote batteries were near dead. Wall outlet near patio door behind coffee table is sticking out of the wall. Low water pressure and water temp starts at luke warm; not cold. Shower temperature options were either hot or scalding. Would enjoy a future stay if updates are made.

Nos gusto la vista al mar. Desde que llegamos empezamos mal, nos dieron una clave de acceso que no funciono, tuvimos que llamar al proveedor para que nos apoyaran y nos dieron otra clave de acceso, misma que al siguiente día se desprogramo y por la noche al querer entrar ya no funcionaba, requerimos llamar nuevamente a VACASA y después de una hora de estar afuera del condo nos contestaron y asignaron nueva clave de acceso. Las Televisiones estaban des programadas, tardaron un día en ir a programarlas. nos encontramos en uno de los cajones un calzón y otro cajón no funcionaba .

All the basics at an excellent location!

This location was incredible. Right on the beach, and one really great thing about this condo was the building created shade on the beach in the evening - really amazing in the summer when it's so hot and sunny. We loved the pool too, we were almost always the only ones there during the weekdays. The property was all the basics you need, even if it could use a little bit of upgrading. The oven and dishwasher were subpar and I think an upgrade would be well worth it! But they were usable and I would still stay here because everything else was good. Again, really great location on the beach! We had a great time!

Property was clean, fabulous balcony with view. But, water pressure was almost nonexistent and 5 noisy air conditioning units outside front door made it quite noisy at night while trying to sleep.

The fact that the condo is truly beach front, was perfect. The beach is readily accessible directly from the building. The location was very convenient for accessing restaurants. The checkin process was straightforward and easy. The condo itself was pretty nice and clean.
