Drive into the double lockup garage, unpack and relax in this 3 storey townhouse. Offering the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, this modern property is perfect for families, couples or friends seeking a relaxed seaside escape, or the comfort of a home after a day of exploring the local coastal area.Comfortably sleeping 6, feel yourself unwind and relax as soon as you walk through the door.
The top floor or the townhouse features 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and its own balcony. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and bunk beds. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. Fall asleep listening to the waves on Main Beach. The newly renovated bathroom with both rain shower head and handheld shower head completes the top floor.
The main floor has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area that creates a bright and inviting space. Unwind in air-conditioned comfort or enjoy the sea breeze with ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the essential appliances. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax and watch the huge Smart TV after a day at the beach, or a dip in the complex swimming pool. If alfresco dining is your thing, just step out onto the balcony to enjoy a gas BBQ.
The ground floor features a double garage with a convenient automatic door opener. Drive in and then leave the car in the secure garage for the rest of your holiday.
