Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dog/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book.
If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. The yard is large enough so the dog can run freely. However I do not suggest letting your dog loose. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal.
- Absolutely no unwarranted parties allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of a party will result in eviction.
- Booking and entire group should be 25+ years old unless approved by the host.
- Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not.
- Illegal activities (e.g., underage drinking, smoking marijuana, any indoor smoking, loitering, or unauthorized parties) will lead to loss of security deposit and immediate eviction without a refund.
- No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it.
- Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $100/hr fee (max 2 hours) and $500 beyond that.
- Smoking inside the unit results in a $500 OZONE CLEANING FEE, not limited to the security deposit.
- A $40 charge + shipping cost for mailing forgotten items.
- Noise/neighbor complaints: Second complaint after quiet hours is a $500 fine; additional complaints result in eviction with no refund and forfeiting the security deposit.
- $50 fine per car for parking on the grass.
- Reservation changes subject to approval; a minimum of 50% of adjusted/removed dates withheld by the host. No changes allowed within 30 days of booking.
- No fires allowed on the property.
- Guests must clean up all yard garbage every night; $50 excessive cleanup fee if garbage is left outside.
-Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly.

- All issues should be reported within 3 hours after
check-in. With photographic evidence.
- All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Communication is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if any issues could be communicated directly to us, rather than being left in a review.
- We may request Proof of Identification from any/all guests in the reservation at any time before or during the check-in process. If any guest(s) refuse to provide the requested identification, the entire group will not be able to stay, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
