* To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
* No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain the peaceful environment around.
*Attention: small steps in the living room and basement. Please, watch your steps!
In case of any damage or mess caused during your stay, penalties may apply.

Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 8 am. We ask you to please be mindful and courteous to our neighbors during your stay.
Security deposit may be requested upon check-in via the Airbnb resolution center and released at the check-out date. Additional charges will be withheld from the security deposit if deep cleaning will be required after check out and in the case of any damages at the property.
House Rules
We ask that you treat the property as if it was your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances.
Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules. We want to mention that first so you are aware.
Children are welcome here! However - please keep your children safe. Home is not childproofed.
1. Check-in /Check-Out:
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise approved by your host.
All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked.
Check out process: When you check out, please make sure all doors are locked and secured, and that the house looks reasonably neat- like the way it was found. We do not expect you to scrub it clean it but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
2. Sauna:
Use the sauna at your own risk.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pregnant women and persons suffering from chronic illnesses should consult with a medical professional prior to using the sauna.
The surface of the rocks, heater and surrounding area can be extremely hot. Exercise caution.
This sauna is a dry sauna. Please do not pour water on the electric coals.
Do not use the sauna to dry clothes, swimsuits or towels or place materials near the heater or guard fence.
If repair or assistance is needed, contact the host.
3. Jacuzzi
Use the jacuzzi at your own risk.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
If pregnant, consult a physician before use, particularly in the first trimester.
4. Parties or Events:
We do not allow parties, loud gatherings, or events of any sort to be held on the property. Only authorized guests are to be in the house and around the deck area.
