The front entrance has four steps. A step-free side entrance is available, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main level. The property has not been formally certified as fully wheelchair accessible.
No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, events, or unregistered visitors are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
