Once through the front door you`ll find a main level bedroom with king sized bed across the hall from main level bathroom with walk-in shower. Down the hall you`ll walk into your fully furnished kitchen boasting a dishwasher and all the comforts of home. The dining area off the kitchen seats six, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Up the stairs to the second level is the primary suite with king sized bed, smart TV, and additional common area with twin sized day bed. The primary suite is lakeside offering sweeping lake views. A spacious guest bathroom with shower/tub combo is located outside the primary suite and across the hall from the two additional guest bedrooms. The third guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed and the fourth guest bedroom provide a twin over full bunk bed. Sleeping up to ten guests comfortably with enough room for everyone to spread out. For added convenience this home includes a washer and dryer, propane and barbeque grill. Spend your days on the lake, fishing, swimming, and making memories with loved ones. Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel. This professional managed Lake Okoboji vacation rental is brought to you by Okoboji Vacation Co., a locally owned and operated company, dedicated to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
