It is impossible not to fall in the love with the Weeki Wachee River - it`s magical! The Little Bohemia Lodge is the perfect waterfront getaway - a perfect mix of retro and updated - you`ll love the funky fun touches! You will probably find yourself spending most of your time out back watching manatees float by, grilling out, or sitting by the fire pit. Our outdoor Tiki Tub is perfect for hot baths after the cool river! The property comes with 2 tandem kayaks and 2 singles for your enjoyment.

WE ARE BACK! It was certainly a labor of love but Little Bohemia has been fully renovated and is back in business - yay! The Little Bohemia Lodge is an updated 1971 mobile home - with additions! The space has been updated and includes everything you need for your stay. There is a full bathroom in the hallway and half bath in the second bedroom. The outdoor Tiki Tub also offers privacy for outdoor bathing. You will find that the sunken lower room doubles as a large family room or third bedroom (the day bed pulls out to offer two single beds). You will love the water views from the kitchen, family room, and large screened in porch!

**The property will be available starting mid-March. Please note that we are updating photos as we complete work but all posted photos now are representative of the new renovations other than the small bedroom and bathroom and lower room which remain similar in layout (but actually cuter now in our opinion!)**

Guest will find parking spaces for up to three vehicles in the driveway.

Please be aware that, like many other homes on the river, the Little Bohemia Lodge may not be suitable for small children. The home is waterfront with no fence - please be mindful when booking.

No jumping from the yard into the canal due to the sea ledge below which poses a hazard. There is a dock and swim ladder.

We have a fire pit but do not keep wood on the property due to bugs and pest. Firewood can be found locally and even just a few minutes down the road - Coffer Rd. has a honor system stand that can be accessed at all hours - just bring cash for the box.

We also have a propane grill that guest can feel free to use. We try to keep the tank full, however in the event that it is empty prior to our ability to swap it, please let us know and we will refund for the tank exchange.

We know everyone wants to have fun - please just remember that this is our home also :) No parties or additional guests allowed on premises during stay. Only guests who are included in the reservation may be present at the property.

No jumping off of seawall. All swimming is done at own risk.
