Welcome to lovely house rental. Whatever you are looking to explore the local attractions take a round trip to Branson or simply enjoy a low-key weekend retreat this 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom and a living upstairs with sofa bed. Come well equipped with everything you need.
Fairgrounds in walking distance 9 minutes or half mile.

The house was very clean and nice, easy to check in with a door code, a nice backyard with playset and furniture set. The ping-pong table in the garage was nice for the rainy day. Parking was very easy to get in and out of. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The property is as listed. It was located close to the bike trail we were interested in riding on and there was a garage we could store our bikes in while it was raining outside! The upstairs space with TV and sofas was very comfortable. Wifi was easy to access and relatively fast. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. The house was very clean, and the beds were great. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if there was a drip coffeemaker. We always bring our own coffee with us. There is a Kurig available. We visited one of the local coffee shops and that was very nice.

Cute, quiet and convenient

Cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. We were moving my dad to Maranatha Village so it was conveniently close, as well as to shopping that we needed. The house is very clean, host is very responsive. Would consider staying there again on future visits.

Price was good and home had what we needed

This house is a cute home that easily slept our family of 6 for the week. The owner/property manager communicated everything we needed at the right time, so checking in and out was easy. It’s an older home and probably not in the nicest of neighborhoods, but it served its purpose for us and we never felt unsafe at any point in our stay. The backyard is also fenced in with a play area in the back for the kids. The property is also very close to attractions like Bass Pro Shops and the Zoo, which also makes it convenient.

The house was ok. The location was great! It's in a quiet neighborhood with a nice park with walking trails within walking distance and close to a lot of restaurants. Kearneys is a great place to eat!

Good Stay!

Felt like home inside. The only complaint I’d have if any was the missing small things, like salt, body wash, ect. Really no big deal if you planned ahead and just pack those things. Honestly probably not noticeable if there wasn’t a dispenser labeled “body wash” but empty. Or having sugar, pepper, but no salt. Which all in all is not a loss! Along with those things I would say it’s slightly close to a lot of foot traffic late at night. A lot of HOBO traffic around there. Overall the stay was worth it and I would stay again! I appreciate you letting us stay with you!

4/5 Decent Weekend Stay

overall, it was a nice stay. we appreciated the nice gazebo with bug net on it for entertainment purposes. we also liked the ping pong table in the garage. the upstairs living room with big tv was nice. beds were comfy & house stayed cool. house was very clean. unfortunately, the wifi is VERY spotty. we could barely watch any streaming networks on the tv’s & could barely be on the wifi on our phones with 3 people on it. the showers were nice pressure but in our opinion, they didn’t have a ton of hot water to offer. also, the keypad on the door was a little confusing and sensitive to the touch so we had a little trouble with it but eventually got it.

Family Friendly

We had a great stay at this cozy home in Springfield! The house was clean, easy to check into, and exactly as described. The fenced-in backyard with the swingset was perfect for our toddler to burn energy after a long day of watching older siblings. We will rent this house again when we return to Springfield this summer!

Nice house and yard, close to everything we needed. House got a bit stuffy and we were locked in at a temp on the thermostat, that is the only reason I don’t give 5 for the entire review, it was late when we got back and I didn’t want to bother the owner. We did open some windows, some windows were without screens, so that was also limited.

Cozy and Comfortable

Our weeklong stay at this cozy and comfortable home was perfect. The location was close to everything we needed while visiting family. The kitchen and dining area were big enough to cook and feed everyone. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The upstairs living room was a great space to relax. We didn’t get to use the outside too much because it was so hot. The house was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.
