Dies ist unsere Meerblick-Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei BĂ€dern. Sie betreten den ersten Stock und mĂŒssen sich keine Gedanken ĂŒber das Treppensteigen machen. Dies macht Ihren Aufenthalt bequemer, ohne dass Sie Ihre StrandausrĂŒstung die Treppe hinauf und hinunter tragen mĂŒssen. Das GerĂ€t hat genug Platz fĂŒr sieben Personen. Es ist mit einem König in der Master-Suite, König im zweiten Raum und zwei Zwillingen in unserem dritten Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Akzeptiert keine Reservierungen fĂŒr weniger als eine Woche. Der gesamte Boden ist gefliest, wodurch er fĂŒr den Sommer kĂŒhl und leicht von Sand zu reinigen ist. Im Summerhouse stehen 4 temperaturgeregelte Pools zur Auswahl, sodass Sie das ganze Jahr ĂŒber bequem schwimmen können! Es gibt auch vier TennisplĂ€tze, zwei RacquetballplĂ€tze und einen Pickleballplatz. Wir haben zwei GrillplĂ€tze und zwei SpielplĂ€tze fĂŒr Kinder, die sich an beiden Enden des GrundstĂŒcks befinden. Unser Gemeinschaftsbereich rund um die Pools ist mit ĂŒppigem, gepflegtem Gras bedeckt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Unsere Mieteinheit verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein freundliches Front-Office-Personal und eine Wartung vor Ort, um Probleme schnell zu lösen, falls sie auftreten sollten. Wir haben eine kleine Bibliothek und ein Fitnessstudio zur VerfĂŒgung wĂ€hrend der normalen GeschĂ€ftszeiten fĂŒr Ihre Bequemlichkeit.
Diese Ferienwohnanlage ist wĂ€hrend deines Aufenthalts der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr einen kurzen Fußmarsch hierhin: Fort Matanzas National Monument. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience other than finding a snake in my husbands shoe after he took it off and left them in the bedroom for about an hour and our two year old grandson went to put his foot in them and said “ewe”. Yep, there was the snake sitting there looking out at us!!! Needless to say, I did not sleep that night waiting for his siblings and mom to show up next. The home itself was good except the bed in first bedroom is SO hard that it felt the same as sleeping on the floor. The keys that we were given were very hard to unlock the door with and we learned that you had to continually wiggle it until it would finally open. (It took about 7 to 10 wiggles) We did like the convenience of the end unit of course. I’m not sure that we would rent that unit again though.

Can't see the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Summerhouse but we are having trouble with not being able to see the beach from our beach front condo. I had the same problem but got it resolved but this year no one would listen even though I spoke with the EPA and the county. I also gave them information of who to contact with the EPA to resolve this for the future. The reason we pay more to have a beach front condo is so we can see the beach but the vegetation keeps that from happening. This has been give to the manager so that all the condos on the beach will have a clear view. Hopefully they will do something about it because there is no reason not to according to the EPA. It is a shame that they don't just handle this instead of the customer having to do this and follow up themselves.

The furnishings are old, drawers of dressers are broken, there is mold visible on walls in bathroom and ceilings, water leaks near front door and back door, it desperately needs paint, rug in living room is filthy (we had a 9 month old crawling around ) and the overall condition is very poor for an expensive oceanfront rental.

The master bathroom has a strong odor of urine! Bathroom faucets spray all over the place. Beds need new pillows. The sliding glass door is extremely difficult to open. My 8 and 9 year old grandchildren were unable to open. I feel this is a fire hazard! The screen door also needs replaced or at least new rollers.The electric grill doesn’t work. I have rented this unit for 3 years now and these are the same issues I have put on my survey, with no improvements.

The location of the condo is perfect for getting to the beach. The condo could use some improvements. The bathrooms are old and dingy. Neither bathroom had a working lock, which I've seen in other reviews and am surprised such an easy fix has not been made. The sliding back door is very difficult to open. On our last morning we went for a walk on the beach and came back to find that our code to get back in the gate was turned off. We were locked out. This is unacceptable. If you pay to have the unit until 10am then your beach code should work until then.

2019 Harvey Family Vacation

The only downside was the bushes in front was blocking the view of the ocean from the patio unless you were standing up. The whole point of ocean front is the view of the beach and ocean . I am a morning person and love to have my coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean . Having to standup was definitely not a good expierence . We did ask to have the bushes slightly trimmed to allow us to see the view and it never happened . Other than that our stay was definitely enjoyable. WE love Summerhouse and have been coming for about 30 years.

The beds were comfortable and the 3bed/2bath layout works well for sharing with family! Very happy to see several good quality patio chairs. Dining table seats 8 which is nice, and the living room furniture is very comfy and the TV is huge! Proximity to pool is a big plus. :)

The sliding door was very hard to open, maintenance came and oiled it , that didn't help ,the guy said the track and wheels needed to be replaced to correct the problem. The oven in the stove needs some work , we tried to bake cookies and biscuits and they would brown on the top like they were done and be raw in the middle and bottom , probably just the element needs replacing .We did see a few roaches in the kitchen area not a lot , the hall bathroom door would not lock , so we had to keep a watch when someone went in to shower. All in All our stay was great , with the exception of the pool in our area being closed for maintenance , which does happen and can't be helped . Things happen. Summerhouse has a great location and has always been family oriented . The front office staff could use more training in the customer service area . But after speaking with the GM and being told we were not the only ones who had problems in that area , I feel that issue will be addressed by the management and quickly.
