The kitchen is fully equipped for casual meals or beach snacks. Both bedrooms feature plush, high-quality mattresses that ensure a great nightâs sleep after long beach days. Step outside to enjoy the large outdoor patio, where lounge chairs and a propane BBQ set the stage for relaxed afternoons and easy dinners under the Florida sky. The home features a pool house with an additional half bath. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated near drive-on beaches like A Street, and walkable in just steps to the walk on access.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Just across A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.
A 10 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play!
