Beautiful home!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rafts and pool noodles were provided for the pool as well as beach chairs and towels for our visits to the ocean. The house is in a residential neighborhood. It was about a 10 minute walk to the ocean. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded as it is not in a commercialized/touristy area. Best to uber to restaurants if you do not have a vehicle. The only negative was that when we arrived, the pool was 101 degrees as the previous guests had cranked up the heat so we were not able to use it the first day of our stay. The host of the home worked with us though and we were able to get the temperature down to a more comfortable setting. We all greatly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay in Vilano Beach

Great property with amazing heated pool. Neighbourhood was quiet and beachy. Just a few minutes from the ocean and excellent restaurants. Our host was very responsive and cordial. Will definitely be booking again for another three weeks.

Wonderful Area

We had a great vacation. The house was fantastic and well stocked and the owner was very responsive. We all enjoyed the heated pool as it was a little cool on the beach this week. The beach is nearby and very easy to get to with several access areas nearby. It is a great area to stay. We would love to come back again.

Great friends getaway

Great house! Lots of space, kitchen is great and bedroom layout works perfectly for groups. The beach is kind of long walk but we just used the public access points and parked our car. The pool is very nice but heated up really fast in the sun when we were at the beach and was too hot to enjoy. Would be great to have a cooling feature but we eventually were able to cool it down with umbrella coverage and using the hose (at the owner’s recommendation). We would book again and highly recommend!

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay. The house was so clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. We definitely over packed thinking we needed things that Tommy had already provided. There were beach chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, pool toys, sand toys, even puddle jumpers! The kitchen was well stocked and had a keurig with coffee pods ready to go. The washer and dryer with detergent which was much appreciated. We had our kids, ages 1-15, and they lived the house. The heated pool was a game changer with all the age groups. This was our second stay in the Vilano area and won’t be our last. We love how quiet and peaceful the area is. The beaches aren’t crowded either. Thank you Tommy for being so accommodating and loaning us your home.

House near Vilano Beach

Our family was in St. Augustine to attend a wedding. We chose this house because the house next door was also available. We needed room for a big family and we loved that it was nextdoor to the other half of our family. We loved that the house had a heated pool. This worked out great for small kids to play after the beach. The ocean in March was cool and rough so it was too risky to let the kids swim much in the ocean. The beach house was at Vilano beach and it was not ever crowded and it was a short drive up 3 blocks to a great parking area where we all could walk safely over A1A to get to the beach area. There were restrooms nearby also. Tommy did a great job with the house. I did make a suggestion that he provide a little more furniture in the bedrooms for clothes storage. I love that this house was close to a nice grocery store and a drugstore. Thank you Tommy for hosting our family from Texas.

Sunrise and Sunsets on the Water Just a Walk aw

This property is so new, clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. What more can you ask for? There are some really good restaurants nearby (our favorite was Cap's On The Water). Historic St. Augustine is just a short drive away and there is a Publix minutes down the road. Sunrise and Sunsets just a walk away. We will definitely rent again.

A Perfect Place to Relax!

Wow! This home is truly the best VRBO experience I have enjoyed. The location is perfectly nestled in a quiet neighborhood (we didn't experience any noise or dust from the construction next door which looks like it will be completed shortly). The home is actually quite larger than you expect and the decorations and furnishings are impeccable. The couch and the beds are super comfy and the house is very well stocked with anything that you need. Tommy was a great host, helpful, accommodating and very responsive. We enjoyed this home after returning to Florida to prepare our Mom's home to sell after she sadly passed away in November. We found the home to be a peaceful and comfortable respite after working all day. No doubt, the heated pool was a true joy and we also took advantage of the gas grill. The entire backyard is like a private oasis! I would definitely return and recommend this property highly to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful beach getaway.

Beautiful clean new construction in a nice proximity to both inter coastal and ocean beaches. However, while we were there the all surrounding properties were under construction. The noise and toxic masonry dust made using the outside facilities difficult.to impossible. We were never informed that there was any construction next door, say nothing to construction on all 3 sides. Once the neighborhood overhaul is complete, this will be a terrific place to stay.
