Living spaces & layout
Cordova Palms is a 2-story duplex made up of two separate units - Cordova Palms A and B - rented together as one property. The downstairs and upstairs units each have their own private entrance and do not connect inside, offering flexibility for groups who want shared access to the full property while keeping their own space. Across both levels, the home sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom features a queen bed with storage for your stay. A pack 'n play is also available for families traveling with little ones.
Kitchen & dining
Each unit comes with its own fully equipped kitchen, so two groups can prep and dine independently or take turns hosting. Both kitchens include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and all the dishes and cookware you need. Dining tables on each level give everyone room to sit down together.
Outdoor spaces
Two large front porches with swings offer a front-row seat to the neighborhood. Each unit also has a rear porch - where you'll find the washer and dryer for that level. When both units are rented together, the backyard becomes a private retreat with Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill, perfect for an evening outside.
Comfort & essentials
Both units are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating to keep things comfortable year-round. Stay connected with Wifi, and make use of dedicated workspaces if you need to get something done. Self check-in via keypad means a smooth, flexible arrival - no coordination needed. Essentials like towels, bed linens, hangers, and an iron are all included, along with a hair dryer, bathtub access, and a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and first aid kit for peace of mind.
Neighborhood
Cordova Street puts you in the heart of St. Augustine's historic district. The Castillo de San Marcos, local shops, restaurants, and galleries are all within easy walking distance - making this an ideal home base for exploring the city on foot and returning to a quiet residential street at the end of the day.
