No-Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Bringing animals into the property without prior written authorization will result in a minimum fine of $500 and may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
Package Delivery Policy: Guests must request guidance before scheduling any deliveries, as carriers are not permitted to deliver directly to the apartment door, and guests do not have access to the communityâs package room. We strongly advise against using USPS, as it may result in undeliverable or unretrievable packages. We are not responsible for any packages delivered before check-in or after check-out.
