* Second Floor (Main Bedroom Level): Features two King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, three full bathrooms, and a dedicated bunk room for the kids.
* First Floor (Lower Living Level): Features a second spacious living room including a private first-floor guest annex off the pool deck complete with a queen Murphy bed, kitchenette, and its own enclosed outdoor shower.
