Pier Point South condos feature a meticulously maintained oceanfront pool, direct beach access, and incredible convenience to all the activities and conveniences of the beach strip including the ocean pier and park where you can fish, play beach volleyball, or take the kids to enjoy the splash pad. Favorite local eateries, coffee shops, as well as beach rental and beachwear shops are all within short walking distance.



Enjoy ocean and pool views from the master bedroom and open living area. Step outside onto your private balcony to begin and end each day, sipping your favorite coffee while you watch the sunrise, or later enjoying a glass of wine as you breathe in the fresh sea air and reminisce about the wonderful things you experienced that day. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
