Unit 256 ist ein Reihenhaus am Meer mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2. 5 Bädern. Diese Wohnung wurde gerade mit neuen Vinyl-Holzböden, neuen Fenstern, neuen Fensterverkleidungen aktualisiert und wurde gerade gestrichen. Die Aussicht auf Crescent Beach vom Balkon oder durch die brandneuen Fenster ist wunderschön! Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer neuen Matratze. Es hat auch ein brandneues Smart-TV, so dass Sie Ihr Netflix-Konto verwenden können, um Ihre Filme anzusehen. Es gibt zwei brandneue Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer sowie einen Fernseher / DVD-Player. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie sitzen auf dem Schlafsofa und sehen sich eine Show auf dem neuen 45-Zoll-Smart-TV mit HD-Kabel an, während Sie den Blick auf den Strand genießen. Es gibt auch einen DVD-Player für diesen Fernseher. Um Ihren Aufenthalt hier angenehmer zu gestalten, ist die Küche gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in dieser Einheit. WI-FI ist verfügbar. Ihr Aufenthalt hier wird so entspannend sein, dass Sie nicht mehr gehen möchten. Im Summerhouse stehen 4 temperaturgeregelte Pools zur Auswahl, sodass Sie das ganze Jahr über bequem schwimmen können! Es gibt auch vier Tennisplätze, zwei Racquetballplätze und einen Pickleballplatz. Wir haben zwei Grillplätze und zwei Spielplätze für Kinder, die sich an beiden Enden des Grundstücks befinden. Unser Gemeinschaftsbereich rund um die Pools ist mit üppigem, gepflegtem Gras bedeckt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Unsere Mieteinheit verfügt über ein freundliches Front-Office-Personal und eine Wartung vor Ort, um Probleme schnell zu lösen, falls sie auftreten sollten. Wir haben eine kleine Bibliothek und ein Fitnessstudio zur Verfügung während der normalen Geschäftszeiten für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Thankfully, summerhouse has 4 pools to choose from, a quick drive in either direction to get food, shopping. Great sunrises at summerhouse..quiet and serene!Bella in the office went above and beyond, answering calls and emails. One caveat, the new gates were a hassle..the plate reader would often not read our plate..had to be let in..felt like we better not leave after 5pm when the office closed. Next time will purchase the hanging tag, upon its return you are refunded.

Our only real complaint if you can call it that is the kitchen cabinets are so cluttered there was zero space for the groceries my friend bought. So they were on the counter leaving no work space for cooking. The big plastic cups in the cabinet were moldy. Get rid of all those and there would be a little space. Just way too many unnecessary dishes. The decor is dated if you’re into that stuff. We didn’t really care. The place was clean and accommodated my family. It’s also right on the beach with amazing view from the living room and master bedroom. The blinds in the guest bedroom are broken, and the teen we had staying in that room had to rig a blanket over the window. Unfortunately, they didn’t tell us until the last day they’d had to do that. I would however stay again. Like I said I don’t have any real complaints but some suggestions minus the blinds. Also, if you have a second car good luck finding open guest parking.
