Be sure to bring your fishing rods and kayaks, the complex community dock is ideal for these family favorite activities. You will enjoy direct ocean access, less than 250 steps away, where you are sure to make lasting memories building sandcastles, playing in the tidal pools, splashing in the surf, and searching for treasures like shark teeth, sea glass, and seashells. The community tennis courts, outdoor dining tables with umbrellas, and grill will enhance your beach getaway.



Inside the condo, you will have everything you need to prepare your favorite foods in the fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating to enjoy them. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
