The primary bedroom offers a private balcony, ideal for unwinding, a designated desk area for any work needs, and ensuite. The second bedroom on this floor also has an ensuite. Another set of washer/dryer for added convenience is also on this level.
The third floor is dedicated to your living and entertaining pleasure! Here, an open floor plan seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining area, and living space, leading to a balcony adorned with comfortable seating and enchanting ocean views. You`ll also find a cozy nook and a convenient half bath.
Outside, a world of relaxation and entertainment unfolds. This home does NOT have an elevator. Stairs are required for upper floors.
Guest has access to all areas of the home. There are a few locked owners closets.
No pets
No smoking in the home or on the balconies
*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
If thereâs an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
