🛏️ Bedroom 3 – Queen bed (2nd floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, tub/shower, Smart TV)

🛏️ Bedroom 4 – Single bed + 2 Bunk beds + 1 trundle (Top bunk has a 95 lb. weight limit for safety) 2nd floor bedroom.

Upstairs, the second floor is home to three inviting bedrooms: the luxurious primary king suite with its own bathroom, a colorful and welcoming queen suite, and a cheerful bunk room with four single beds - perfect for kids or groups. The third floor is the heart of the home, featuring a light-filled open-concept living space with a modern kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cozy living room with plenty of seating for gathering together. Guest Access:

🏠 Guests have private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, decks, fenced yard, and beach-supply shed. A keyless entry code will be provided for easy and secure self-check-in.



The Neighborhood:

🗺️ Located in peaceful Summer Haven, one of St. Augustine’s hidden gems. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with uncrowded beaches just a block away. You’re minutes from the Matanzas Inlet, close to St. Augustine Beach, and only a short drive from historic downtown with its cobblestone streets, restaurants, shops, and iconic attractions like the Castillo de San Marcos.



Getting Around:

🚗 A car is recommended for exploring the area. On-site parking is available; no street parking available and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is about a 20-minute drive, while beaches, nature trails, and local dining spots are all nearby.



Other Things to Note:

💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation.



🛏️ Please note (kids bunk bed): the top bunk has a maximum weight limit of 95 lbs for safety.



❄️/🔥 You’ll find two thermostats to keep everyone comfortable: the 3rd-floor thermostat controls the 3rd floor, while the thermostat tucked behind the door in the primary bedroom controls the 2nd and 1st floors.



🧺 Beach gear, including chairs and a wagon, is conveniently stored in the carport storage cabinet—the wagon is right on top for easy grab-and-go trips to the sand!



🆔 Minimum age to rent is 25. ID verification is required.



🚫 No parties, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.



📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
