Walk to the white sands of Crescent Beach from this two-bedroom ground floor villa! You’ll enjoy private beach access through the gated complex, as well as a large swimming pool and a very convenient location. Note: The Condominium is on the ground floor but you will need to be able to climb steps on the board walks to get out to the beach or use your front wheel or 4 wheel drive car to drive on. The drive on ramp is located two blocks north of the property and the fee is $10.

Quail Hollow A9-D3 feels very bright and open. The living room is decorated in neutral tones that are perfect for the seaside, with a welcoming mix of wicker and plush furniture. There is even a sleeper-sofa for a pair of additional guests! The white tile on the floor is cool and clean, and you’ll love the garden views from the big windows. For a relaxing evening at home, take advantage of the free Wifi and the cable on the large flat-screen TVs, which is perfect for settling in with some hot chocolate and a movie!

The dining room is connected to the living room but set slightly apart, so you can really enjoy your meals together. The white and tan wooden dining set seats six people, so there’s plenty of space for the family. After dinner, why not clear the dishes and settle in for a game night at the table?

Next to the dining room is a brilliant white kitchen. With gleaming countertops and recessed lighting, the kitchen in Quail Hollow A9-D3 is bright and welcoming. Feel free to bring home some groceries from nearby St. Augustine; with full-sized appliances, you can store and prepare any meals you like! The dishwasher makes clean-up a snap, so you won’t waste time washing plates when you could be out by the ocean instead. And the washer and dryer in the kitchen ensure you will always have access to fresh, dry towels for your beach adventures!

When you step into the primary bedroom, you’ll be reminded of the waves when you see the lovely shades of white and blue adorning the king bed. Place your clothes in the large dresser for convenient storage, and unwind before bed with a little entertainment on your own flat-screen TV. In the morning, you’ll awaken to a beautiful view of the sunrise through the large windows. The attached primary bathroom is spacious and clean, decorated in soothing neutral tones. The condo has a second bedroom that is ideal for children or guests. The Queen bed is very comfortable and is decked out in cheerful nautical hues. Your guests will enjoy the ample storage space offered by the dresser and the large closet, as well as the views through the large window. Thanks to a second bathroom, no one will need to wait in line at Quail Hollow A9-D3! The vanity contains a big sink and several drawers for storing all your toiletries, and you’ll love the giant walk-in shower.

If you wake up early enough, grab a mug of coffee and head out to the deck to enjoy the sunrise and the sound of the waves. Or, take the kids for a morning swim in the beautiful blue community pool. You can lounge on the patio or jump straight into the water. We have plenty of chairs and umbrella to take to the beach so just bring your bathing suit! With a depth of 8’6”, the pool is deep enough for diving! If you don’t feel like cooking indoors, head to the community BBQ next to the pool and grill up a quick lunch. Or pack a picnic basket and stroll along the private beach walk. From Quail Hollow A9-D3, the glittering white sands of Crescent Beach are just a few minutes away!
