Everything was great. The kitchen could use another large pot. I’m sure many don’t do any cooking while traveling, but when you do, more than one pot is helpful. An example would be something as simple as pasta. Sauce that you make in one pot has to be transferred to a bowl to allow boiling the pasta when only one pot is in the kitchen. Very simple fix. All in all, it was great, and we would definitely stay there again.

It’s within a very comfortable walking distance of all of the history of St. Augustine while being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing and quiet. Onsite parking is a huge plus.

Weekday getaway

We needed a getaway and found this gem. It was a perfect distance to just walk to St George st. The apartment is upstairs and is clean and just as pictured. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and accommodating. I made the original reservations for 3 days and put in my calender for 4 days, and they were able to modify our reservation. We loved how comfy the apartment was and especially how close everything was walking distance. Parking was a must for us and it was nice to have that. We will definitely book again if in St Augustine again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality !

Perfect historic home!

My daughter is a Flagler student so I was looking for something within walking distance for a surprise visit and I’m so thankful I found this wonderful place. Just 2 blocks from downtown (which is darling with live music, shops and food) and from her school. The home is truly classic and timeless, but updated with great AC and wifi. We can’t wait to rebook in the fall!

Location, location, location!

This unit is in an amazing location. You can walk to EVERYTHING. The neighborhood is very quiet also. The home had plenty of space and all the basic amenities. It is definitely an older home and could use some sprucing up (a good coat of paint inside and out, wall repairs from what looks to be past water damage, new cabinets, tightening of door knobs, fixtures, etc.), but the location made up for these things. Many of the surrounding homes are being renovated so maybe this home will follow. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend for a short stay if you're looking to be in a really great location for a reasonable price.

Charming older apartment in perfect location

If you like the charm of older homes, this is an absolute winner. Perfect location in historic district, easy communication with host, spacious apartment. We used the place to both work remotely and enjoy St Augustine and it served us very well for both purposes. All key attractions in historic area easily walkable And drive to beach 5-10 minutes.

Worked well for our stay

Excellent location. We loved being able to walk everywhere in the old town area. House is quite old which provided its own charm. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are in need of updates. Cabinets and vanity are old and they are in rough shape. With that said, the place had all that we needed. It worked well for our time in St. Augustine.

Great place to stay for your downtown St Augustine experience.

Although it’s an older home, it’s well kept and clean. Very convenient walking distance to the downtown area, just far enough away that it’s quiet at night, but not too far to walk to breakfast or dinner. Nice neighborhood and the fact that this place had parking were also a plus for us ( a lot of downtown st aug has little to no parking available even some of the other rentals in the area).

The house is beautiful but need a lot o maintenance and the cleaning is not good enough There is dust everywhere and the utensils in kitchen were dirty My baby found acrylic nails in the floor Closets and tables need upgrades Since it was Christmas I think the house should be decorated but this will be only a plus
